Everything was handled by him including city and HOA inspections and approval. Even when external contractors did not show up, he was able to pivot quickly and find a good replacement. I purchased a 30 year old farm house on some land in Brenham Tx a year ago. I was impressed with Mr. Rosa’s work online and glad we hired him. I had the old wood front and back patios replaced with concrete. And Mr. Eloy replaced all of our old cracked cedar siding with wrapped and sealed new hardie siding.
