I have previously collaborated with Eloy on various projects and quickly recognized that he is highly reputable, offers fair pricing, and delivers excellent workmanship for the agreed-upon scope. While project costs may occasionally vary once work begins, he consistently honors his commitments and maintains a high standard of professionalism in his craft. The current project I am commissioning him for is based on the photos included in this post. I will provide an update upon completion.

Eloy and his team were AMAZING! Not only did they lay a cement pad but they also built the most beautiful porch for me and my family. It has been 3 years and it just gets better and better. His price also blew me away. I wish I would have found him much sooner!!! I have had zero issues. Nothing but great!!

I had Katy Remodeling & Construction BJR build a large back patio for my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Eloy, the owner, was great to work with—he explained everything clearly, stuck to the timeline, and made sure every detail was perfect. The patio came out beautiful and solid, exactly what I wanted. His crew worked hard, stayed professional, and left everything clean once the job was done. I highly recommend Eloy and his team for any remodeling or construction project—you can really tell they take pride in their work.

I had a great experience working with Eloy and his team. He was able to bring my designs to life at a great price and handle all the last minute changes I had. Everything was handled by him including city and HOA inspections and approval. Even when external contractors did not show up, he was able to pivot quickly and find a good replacement. I have had the patio for a year now with a tornado and a few storms with no issues at all. Highly recommended

Amazing service great customer service made the process smooth and simple would 100% recommend

Eloy was great to work with and helped me figure out a plan for framing my basement. He was really helpful in proposing multiple solutions, flexible on the work that needed to be done, and provided reasonable pricing for each option he offered. He's a true professional and I would definitely work with him again on any engineering/architectural needs I have.

Their work is super clean and perfect...the prices unbeatable....I would contac them again!!!

I had a very good experience working with ELOI on my fence project. His craftsmanship is great, but what impressed me even more was his attitude — he listens, communicates well, and stays composed even when things get busy. I recommended him to three neighbors, and they all hired him too. I’ve already asked him to take on another job at my home and will share more once that’s done

best service you can get in the houston area don’t hesitate to contact them

I would definitely recommend this company to whomever is wanting a good job at a reasonable price. I had a patio space boxed in with roof, exterior wall, siding and window installation all in the same day. They did it all in one day between two men. I recommended them to a family member and they are completing a job with them too which byvthe looks of the pictures I received they are doing and great job as well. I will definitely be using them again. You can't even tell that I had an additional room added.

We had a great experience with this company during our bathroom remodel. They were prompt, professional, and efficient from start to finish.

My neighbor recommended Katy Remodeling/Construction BJR as they were very pleased with the work they did. I called Eloy, he came by that day to give me an estimate and made a few suggestions I needed stairwell walls repainted along with expansion joint replacement on my home. The price was fair and they came out the next day. Eloy & his team is great! Very professional, did a great job and made sure to clean up afterwards. I am very impressed. I highly recommend Katy Remodeling for any work you need done!

Laundry/mudroom remodel. I am so happy with Eloy and his team. Amazing communication throughout and quick and affordable work. Thoroughly created my amazing laundry room when all I had was a small closet. He closed walls, moved doors, framed, painted, created the shelves and gave me a beautiful mud room/ laundry room for an amazing price. Didn’t try to charge me what Home Depot or Lowe’s would have charged me. Thanks Eloy! I will be using your services for all my home remodeling needs. Sara-Cinco Ranch, Katy.

I had a wonderful experience working with Eloy and his team at Katy Remodeling & Construction. They worked within my budget for a covered patio with recess lighting and fan. They took care to work quickly, safely and efficiently. I would highly recommend giving them a call for your remodel and design needs.

I have seen the work that he does in videos. Also I have seen the worth that he is doing while he is on a TikTok live. I know about the business because of my husband who passed.

Did a whole house repaint, excellent, timely work. I’d use them for other projects.

Fence replaced super fast when most neighbors are still waiting. Quality work and great price right after the storm when other fencers are gouging. Unbelievably strong and tall fences. Great value!!! I highly recommend Katy Remodeling. As a matter of fact, I am getting quotes for sink replacement and flooring work.

Eloy built a Patio Cover for my house and I am very pleased with the end result. He proposed several options, we went through each of them talking about quality, budget, time to complete the project, etc. He was very fast and fulfilled all of our expectations. After this, he also helped me with other home improvements, and I am very happy with his quality of work. I would definitely recommend him for any remodeling or home improvement project.

Experience, eficiency, good price and amazing results. Thank you guys for our awesome backyard!!

Eloy builded two cover patios for us. Both occasions did extremely good job. Quality, pricing and responsibilities are top!!! Highly recommend him.

I purchased a 30 year old farm house on some land in Brenham Tx a year ago. I was impressed with Mr. Rosa’s work online and glad we hired him. I had the old wood front and back patios replaced with concrete. And Mr. Eloy replaced all of our old cracked cedar siding with wrapped and sealed new hardie siding. His prices and level of professionalism are hard to find in these times. I cannot recommend them enough. Our next project will be with Katy Remodeling!
