Everything was handled by him including city and HOA inspections and approval. Even when external contractors did not show up, he was able to pivot quickly and find a good replacement. Thoroughly created my amazing laundry room when all I had was a small closet. He closed walls, moved doors, framed, painted, created the shelves and gave me a beautiful mud room/ laundry room for an amazing price. 5 out of 5 starsI purchased a 30 year old farm house on some land in Brenham Tx a year ago. I was impressed with Mr. Rosa’s work online and glad we hired him. I had the old wood front and back patios replaced with concrete. And Mr. Eloy replaced all of our old cracked cedar siding with wrapped and sealed new hardie siding. His prices and level of professionalism are hard to find in these times. I cannot recommend them enough. Our next project will be with Katy Remodeling! See more See less
